Terms & Conditions – bdtjk Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdtjk ("bdtjk", "we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the bdtjk website located at bdtjk.app and all associated services, games, and features. By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

bdtjk operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and all content is presented in English. 8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bdtjk

• The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity;

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by bdtjk — any pending bets that have been validly placed prior to closure will be settled normally. Bonus balances that have not yet met their associated wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Any real-money balance remaining in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of verification requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtjk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds resulting from your own voluntary gambling activity, technical interruptions beyond bdtjk's reasonable control, or decisions made based on information provided on the Platform.

bdtjk's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
